This one came in over the phone....

Her (little old lady): I used to get a book for free from the government. Do you know about it?

Me: Well, what was the title of it?

Her: I'm not sure...

Me: Can you tell me what the subject was?

Her: I don't remember...

Me: Can you tell me anything more about it? What agency published it? Anything?

Her: No. But I got it for free.
